Refund & Cancellation Policies
Beginners' Course
Please notify us within 2 weeks of your course start-date if you cannot make your course or would like to shift your place to another month in order to acquire a full refund. Cancelling with less than two weeks’ notice due to a change of mind will not guarantee a refund or credit. Booking a place means that you are reserving equipment and target space, along with an opportunity to learn about and act on this Sunnah.
Craftsmanship Courses
At least 48 hours’ notice is required in the event you need to cancel your booking and to acquire a refund. If your course is in conjunction with another provider aside from Maydaan, their own refund and cancellation policies will prevail.
Membership
Membership is active from date of purchase and monthly/yearly renewal.
Your membership can be cancelled at any time by accessing your member account.
A yearly membership is a full 12-month commitment, if you are unsure, a monthly membership is recommended as yearly memberships are not refundable due to a change of mind or lack of consistent attendance.
